The Arco at Park St. and Encinal is the cheapest I've seen. Not sure about the Webster stations.
We seem to be passing right by "crazy" prices and reaching "ludicrous"...

I think all the Arco stations are going to be cheaper throughout the Bay Area, but you are somewhat limited in payment options (cash/debit only I believe.)

Gas on Webster is expensive, don't bother. What about the Valero at the Central/Encinal split? In the past that station was always much cheaper than elsewhere. Or you could cross the high street bridge and wait in line at the station next to 880.

The valero on Central/Encinal has lower prices on Wednesday (customer appreciation day), but I think the ARCO on Park is the cheapest on the island. As others have said, don't bother on Webster, they are high.

The station attached to the new Nob Hill is pretty good as well. I've seen them back and forth a bit in who's cheapest between them and the ARCO. They're usually faster as far as lines though, and have more pumps, so given a couple cents difference I've been going there.
